The Inside Sales Support Representative responsible for providing pricing and availability information, technical product information, generating quotes and proposals, invoice questions, order generation, engineering interfacing, and handling customer complaints. As the front line of the sales team, the ISR must project a professional, happy and optimistic company image through phone interaction.
Minimum Job Requirements:
Internal: Daily communication with Engineering group, Production Group, Accounting, Shipping and President
External: Assist customers with technical and service inquires via phone, fax or email. Periodic interaction with Outside Sales reps
Professional phone skills, with the patience and ability to interact with, assist, and support many personalities. Requires a friendly, positive attitude with a willingness to help.
